Hello All, If you are wondering who I am and how I came to be apart of this campaign then it may be worth explaining. “Flat Stanley” is a book by Jeff Brown, which Diane Lanpher’s niece, Allison read years ago. As a class project Allison created her own flat character, named Flat Channel. That is me! I spend time with Auntie Di from time to time and experience adventures in Vermont. Allison has been known to report these adventures at her school in Lancaster, NY. Well, this year Auntie Di has decided to run for office. She is a candidate for a seat in the Vermont House of Representatives. In Vermont the public is represented by a citizen legislator. The citizens are ordinary every day Vermonters. This system of representation is different than most any other state in the United States. I have come to Vermont to spend the summer campaigning.
